Thanks to Duckworth dealer, Precision Marine, in Idaho Falls, ID, we had the opportunity to take a few Ultra Magnums up a remote river to one of the most picturesque spots anywhere in the world. This waterfall is real, and even more stunning than the photos can capture. Any guesses where it might be? You’d need a Duckworth with an inboard jet to get there. Give up? It’s the South Fork of the Salmon River in Northeast Idaho. The falls are named Fall Creek Falls
Gentlemen… we all know it’s a common misperception among the ladies that a Duckworth boat is purely a fishing boat. Certainly, it excels at sportfishing, but there are so many other exciting ways to use your Duckworth. If you’re thinking about a new boat, and the wife and kids are pushing you towards one of those fiberglass models (that lose their value before you drive off the lot,) we made this video for you. Click the link below and “conveniently” leave it displayed on your computer for your wife to intercept. Or better yet, view it with the music turned up loud and ask the kids to gather-round to view the internet’s fastest-trending new video. In no time, they’ll be on board. And, you’ll be on your way to getting the Duckworth boat of your dreams. (You can thank us later.)
We snuck out one last time to capture photos for the 2014 brochure. The chances of finding good weather in Oregon, in November, where this shot was taken, has about the same odds as catching a salmon on the Mississippi River. However, this time we got lucky. This is a Duckworth Navigator 215 SE. The “SE” package is a very nicely equipped set of accessories and features that dials the boat in for multipurpose use.
